William KITSON, b.1798 Sheffield, ag.lab m. 1824 Rotherham to Hannah ROBERTS of Hooton Roberts. Children born Hooton Roberts:

- c.1829 Frances
- c.1832 Thomas m. Alice he was a blacksmith in Sheffield
- c.1834 Richard Charles
In 1841 Charles Kitson an agricultural labourer, b.1811 was living at Guilthwaite with his wife Charlotte (b.1811) and children:
- Frances age 11
- William age 9
- Jane age 7
- Thomas age 5
- Ann age 3. Married John Mosley Aug 1860
- Joseph age 7 months
In 1881, Thomas (c 1836) was living in Treeton with his wife Martha from Rawmarsh. He was a Blacksmith. In 1891 they were living at 93 Wood Lane Treeton as boarders at the home of George Farmer.
In 1881 John and Ann (Nee Kitson) Mosley were living at Orgreave with their 7 children:

Ann Mosley was buried in March 1910, and John was buried in July,1915, both at St Helens Treeton, Rotherham.
