George and Tabitha Moss had a daughter Ann c. 23 MAR 1817 Whiston
John Moss, of Ulley, farmer married Elizabeth Smith, 1838. Elizabeth was daughter of Joseph SMITH, of Ulley and Elizabeth (Nee Alsop) of Chesterfield.

Francis Moss, living at Whiston Hall in 1848 was a shareholder in the Sheffield Banking Company established in 1831.
August 27 1866 Peter Moss, Jnr aged 33 died at Whiston Hall.
Francis Moss jnr, only son of Francis Moss, married in May 1861 to Sarah Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Swann of Morthen Hall.
Sarah Elizabeth died 5th February 1868, at Whiston Hall
Francis Moss was born in Whiston in 1863, and William in 1864 were living in 1881 at Chapel Allerton Villa with their Uncle - William Garland.
It was reported in March, 1817 that George Moss, formerly of Whiston, was charged on oath with suspicion of having stopped Thomas Roddis of Whiston, on the King's highway, and robbed him of a silver watch.
