William Oxley, Steel Manufacturer
William Oxley, Steel Manufacturer of Parkgate, started his working life at the Walker Steelworks before establishing the Steel Works at Parkgate in the early 1820s, which was later carried on by his sons. William Henry and Joseph Harrison
