The Sitwell Arms

This traditional, semi rural, village pub, is situated in a pleasant area, with local historic interest. It took it's name from the Sitwell family of Renishaw who bought the lordship of the manor of Whiston from the Duke of Norfolk in 1823.
Features include:
- Patio Area, Beer Garden, Wheelchair Access, Children's Play Area.
- The Restaurant is available for private hire.
- There is a quiet area and a no smoking area
- Pub Meals served in the bar and restaurant. Most of the dishes are home made. There is a Salad Bar and Bar Snacks, Fine Wines, Tea & Coffee.
- Children are welcome.
- Car Parking with 80 spaces, and Coaches are welcome, by prior arrangement.
The pub has received an award for its beautiful flower displays. It is ideally located for country walks and walkers are invited to use the car park.

Opening Times: Mon-Tues 6pm - 11.30pm and Wed – Sun open all day

Situated on Turner Lane.
- Food is served
- There is a non smoking section of the dining area
- Children are welcome if dining under responsible adult supervision.
- There is a childrens menu
- There is a beer garden and a patio with outdoor eating facilities.
