Canklow Corn Mill To Let
16th June, 1849To be let, Canklow Corn Mill, with an excellent Dwelling House, Cottages, Wheel Wright's and Blacksmith's shops, and all other suitable and convenient premises, with or without fourteen Acres of fine Grass Land. To be entered upon on the 29th of September next.
The Mill is well situated, one mile from Rotherham and five miles from Sheffield, and has a regular and abundant supply of water power. There are nine pairs of French stones, one pair of Shelling, two pairs of Greys, and the whole of the machinery and fixtures are on the best construction.
Earlier possession may be had by arrangements with the present tenants, Messrs. Jackson and Smith, who will show the premises.
Also Canklow House with the Gardens and Pleasure Grounds, and fifteen acres of fine land if required. The House is most beautifully situated within one mile of Rotherham, is a most desirable residence for a respectable family, and will be let either furnished or unfurnished.
